Thank you for shopping at Chakaboo!

We are the Gordons, a busy family in the San Francisco Bay Area.  (Fun Fact: Chakaboo comes from a mashup of our pet names for our two kids, as well as the game of peekaboo!)

With two professional parents who work full-time, we always have trouble keeping up with our two active young boys, especially because they constantly put holes in the knees of their pants.  

We tried many different kinds of double-kneed pants, but they didn't live up to their promise:  The outer layer was unsightly after tearing.  Tired of putting our kids in pants with knee holes, tired of disposing of otherwise good pants, and too frazzled to patch the ones they had torn, we thought there had to be a better way for busy parents to save some time and have kids who have fun clothes.

From there, we developed Chakaboo's DisCover-Knees™.  (You can learn more about it here.)  We hope you find DisCover-Knees™ as exciting, fun, and practical as we do.
